3 month coaching programme
Another year passed and you haven’t created the business, the health routine, the relationship that you want.
Life gets in the way. If you're honest, you get in your way.
This coaching programme teaches you how to focus on what is most important and embed a new level of confidence and self-worth to finally keep you on track.
It's compassionate and healing. It's validating and enlightening. It's grounding and strengthening. It's led by you and what you want and need most.
Deep down you know what you want and probably know the steps to get there so why hasn't it happened yet? No, there isn't something wrong with you nor is lack of will power anything to do with it.
You need time, motivation and consistency
You need inner changes that create outer changes that feel good
You need clarity on the daily steps that will build the right momentum
You need support, guidance and encouragement that feels fun
And most importantly you need to really and truly know, trust and being kind to yourself!
Using a powerful visualisation process that invites the most authentic goals to emerge, you identify what you want your life to look like and (most importantly) feel like in all areas of your life. From here you create your North Star that can guide you for the next few years.
You have beliefs about yourself, the world and what is possible or 'allowed' for you. Some beliefs will support what you want in life and some won't. We do the work of sifting and sorting. Lovingly release the unhelpful ones (inner child process can support this) and embed new ones (PSYCH-K process supports this).
You create a new belief system (mindset) that allows you to take the steps and enjoy moving towards your goals (will power is not needed once it's embeded).
You create a process feels good to stick to (eventually, it might take some refinement at first). A process of self care and prioritising your goals that is finally do-able. It's about small steps every single day. Progress compounds and you'll be amazed what grows over time.
Sustainable growth - we're not here for pushing and courting burn out. Satisfying progress - actions that feel good, meaningful and easy. It's not linear. It's often healing. Breakthroughs might look like looking back and realise how far you've come.
This programme is part setlf-study and part one to one coaching.
On signing up you get access to the foundational course on mastering your thinking. Before you're first session, you'll work through that content to arrive already loaded with the lessons that I've been sharing in one to one sessions for years. Then you get the visioning workshop. This allows you to view your life plan and goals in a very different way. You come to session one which is a longer session ready to map out all the important elements so that we can include.
As you move through the programme you follow online morning meditation and mindset sessions PLUS evening confidence and planning sessions. You're not on your own in between sessions and every day gets better and better as you use these guided techniques.
One to one session deepen your understanding and give us the opportunity to process the limiting beliefs that are creating resistance AND to embed the new beliefs that you can now identify as needed.
It's a virtuous circle. It's not a straight line but as we spiral and around and up you experience more joy and clarity as you realise that what you want is possible, one step, one day at a time.
What does change tack mean?
It's a sailing term that means to change direction. It involves sailing in to the wind in order to harness it. Sometimes coaching involves moving towards what feels like resistance and once you do, you can harness it. I particularly love the phrase because even just a small adjustment can mean the difference between getting to where you want and being blown off course. I can help you change tact and have the tools to remain on course, no matter what blows your way.
You know something needs to change. You've tried to change it many times but old habits and negative ways of thinking just creep back in. Willpower only gets you so far and now you're worried you might never truly change.
We all have 'stuff', events from our past (big or small) that left us confused, scared or hurt. And if you didn't have skilled caregivers to help you express those feelings and guide you to safety they might be stored in your body, waiting to be felt and healed.
Old wounds don't have to define your future but without acknowledging them they often, inadvertently, do so. This isn't therapy but the Change Tack programme is therapeutic and there will be space for healing.
Changing tack can be fun, exciting, healing, nurturing, enlightening but none of this comes without being focused. You will need to commit time every day (how much depends on you but minimum 30 mins per day if 15 mins morning and evening plus workshops, the actual sessions and any other homework that we set together. It's 3 months to devote to yourself which will embed new habits that you then continue.
There will be discoveries and exploration of who you are, what lights you up and how you can most enjoy and fulfil this one life of yours. You'll need to be open and willing to learn new things and try new things to discover what works best for you. Getting to know yourself more and more along the way.
