Energy mapping: Identify your natural energy patterns, and most supportive habits. Learn how best to use your time and energy so we work your natural energy patters.

Road block mapping: Whether it's procrastination, putting everyone else first or the overwhelm of everything you want and need to do, you uncover your biggest blockers and their hidden protective message.

RESET focus and strategy session

  • 90 minutes online 1:1 with Angela

Daily Momentum Tools: Quick, powerful practices to reset your nervous system, mindset, and focus - without adding “more” to your day.

Weekly Momentum Tools: Confidence building habit and focus planner for achievable actions that get you moving forwards. Line up with the vision of what you want and don't get blown off track. Accountability + consistency create momentum.

In-the-moment support: When the reset audios aren't getting you back on track, you let me know by text. You get a voice note response that guides you out of fight or fight (self-sabotage territory) and back to calm, safe and aligned. From here you can move forwards. This is quite possibly the most important part of the reset. You are always supported.

Integration Session: 60 Minute 1:1 session online. Review and refine the tools to ensure they are working best for you. Refine how you are using the personal patterns you identified to use your natural energy

I’m really busy, how much time will this take?

It's a month to create new habits that will transform your life and create time for the things that matter MOST.

Approx 1 hour prep, 90 minute online session with Angela, 30-40 mins daily split over am and pm. 1 hour each weekend. final 60 minute online session.

You'll also have guided audios that you can use as and when you need which will take additional time.

Is there group work?

No, this is a 1:1 coaching programme. Your sessions are just with Angela and you use her calendar to book both sessions shortly after you sign up. You get a folder with your personal exercises and audios to do before and after the live online session with her.

What happens after the month?

You will have a set of tools and resources that are yours for life. You can re-use and adapt the tools no mater what you are working on.

You can move to a longer-term coaching agreement if you'd like to continue having 1:1 sessions but there's no obligation.

What's the difference between therapy and coaching?

Therapy helps you process things from the past that still (perhaps deep down) hurt today.

Processing the past is not the focus of RESET. However there will be a therapeutic benefit as you overcome and reprogramme old blocks. It's healing.

Coaching focuses on the future and the new thoughts, beliefs and actions that will support your desire for new levels of health, wealth or relationships.

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not just traditional coaching either. It’s a guided programme rooted in mindfulness, neuroscience, and seasonal wisdom that leaves you with a system to continue using.

Are there criteria for joining?

Yes. You'll need complete the intake questionnaire and be able to define one clear topic to focus on for the month. You'll need to be prepared to allocate the time set out above.

What results will I get?

In RESET you will focus on one area of your life. In this area you will have 2 significant wins during the month and you have a clear strategy to follow to have ongoing wins, big and small. You won't have everything figured out. You will have tools to stay focused internally on the direction AND navigate whatever life brings externally - because life will bring you things we can't plan for.

You will feel motivated, clear and excited to stay on track. You will feel grateful to yourself for the reset.

What if I change my mind? Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you join and feel after the first week that this isn’t for you, just email Angela and we’ll offer a full refund - no hard feelings, no awkwardness.
