Anxiety is a mix of excitement and fear. You want something deeply, but you're afraid that it might be out of reach.

With a solid confidence habit, you face the reality of who you are and what you can do. You start acknowledging the areas where you excel and identify where improvement is possible, whether in action or seeking support.

How long will it take?

5 - 45 minutes a day. As you first start the habit it will take longer than after you've been practicing for a while. You are going to want to make it easy to create the habit. Choose a consistent time and place to do the work and make it as enjoyable as possible. Like any skill, as you do it more you'll get quicker at it. How long do you have to practice? For as long as you wish to be confident so keep it up and let things keep getting better and better. Why stop?!
